You can book a car by calling us, messaging us on WhatsApp, or through our website booking form. Booking is subject to vehicle availability and confirmation.
You need to carry a valid driving licence and an Aadhaar card. We will take a photograph of these documents for verification. In some cases, we may request one original ID to be submitted temporarily. Digital documents from DigiLocker are also accepted.
The minimum age to rent a car is 19 years, and the driver must have at least 1 year of driving experience.
Yes. Customers holding an international driving licence may book a vehicle with GoWago Carz, provided they also carry a valid International Driving Permit (IDP) and passport at the time of pickup.
The standard rental cycle for four-wheelers is from 9:00 AM to 9:00 AM.
No. There is no kilometre limit. Customers may drive the vehicle without restriction within the state of Goa.
You may drive the vehicle anywhere within Goa, but it must not be taken outside the state borders.
Yes. A refundable security deposit of ₹3,000 or ₹5,000 is required depending on the vehicle type. It is refunded after vehicle inspection.
We accept payments only through UPI, cash, and bank transfer. We do not accept debit card or credit card swipe payments.
GoWago Carz offers a wide range of well-maintained vehicles, including hatchbacks, sedans, compact SUVs, Thar, and premium cars, to suit different travel needs and budgets.
The rental price includes the use of the vehicle for the agreed rental period.
The customer is responsible for all parking fees, toll charges, entry fees, traffic fines, and any other road-related expenses incurred during the rental period.
Yes. The customer is fully responsible for any traffic violations, parking fines, or legal penalties incurred during the rental period.
If the vehicle is returned later than the agreed time, additional charges may apply depending on the delay. Significant delays may be treated as an extra rental day.
Not necessarily. You may return the vehicle at a different location if you inform us in advance. Additional charges may apply based on the drop location.
Yes. A vehicle change is possible, subject to availability and approval by GoWago Carz. Any difference in rental charges, if applicable, must be paid by the customer. The existing vehicle must be returned in proper condition before a replacement is provided.
You may request a modification or cancellation by contacting GoWago Carz through our website, WhatsApp, or by phone. All changes and cancellations are subject to availability and depend on how early you inform us. Any applicable charges will be as per our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
If you return the vehicle earlier than planned, please inform us at least 3 hours in advance so we can arrange an earlier pickup, if possible. However, no refund or adjustment will be provided for the unused rental time.
In case of an accident, please inform GoWago Carz immediately. Do not leave the vehicle unattended and do not attempt any repairs on your own. We will guide you on the next steps and arrange assistance if required.

Yes. Our support team is available 24/7. Customers can call us at any time if they face any issue or need assistance during their rental period.
The customer must inform GoWago Carz immediately. Replacement costs and any related charges will be borne by the customer.
Yes. You may request an extension subject to availability. Please contact us before your rental period ends to check availability and charges.
No. Smoking, drinking, or any activity that may damage or dirty the vehicle is not permitted inside the car.
