Cancellation & Refund Policy

This Cancellation & Refund Policy explains the terms under which bookings may be cancelled and refunds (if any) may be issued by GoWago Carz. By making a booking with GoWago Carz, you agree to the terms stated below.

1. Cancellation by Customer

Customers may cancel their booking subject to the following conditions:

  • Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled pickup time are eligible for a full refund of the advance amount paid.
  • Cancellations made between 24 and 48 hours before pickup may be eligible for a partial refund, after deducting applicable cancellation charges.
  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of pickup time, or no-shows, are not eligible for any refund.
  • Refund eligibility and the exact refund amount may vary based on vehicle type, season, and demand.

2. Cancellation by GoWago Carz

GoWago Carz reserves the right to cancel a booking in the following situations:

  • Vehicle becomes unavailable due to mechanical issues, accidents, or unforeseen circumstances.
  • Customer fails verification or does not meet eligibility requirements.
  • Payment or documentation is incomplete or invalid.

In such cases, any advance amount paid by the customer will be fully refunded.

3. Refund Processing

  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed to the original payment method used at the time of booking.
  • Refunds may take 5โ€“7 working days to reflect, depending on the bank or payment provider.
  • No cash refunds are provided unless specifically agreed.

4. Early Returns

If the customer returns the vehicle earlier than the booked end time, no refund will be provided for unused time.

5. Booking Modifications

  • Date or time changes are subject to availability and may attract additional charges.
  • Modification requests must be made in advance.

6. Force Majeure

GoWago Carz is not responsible for cancellations or delays caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, government restrictions, or technical failures.
